I am happy we crossed paths with Prem. Thanks to her we learnt to observe things for what they are, specific facts, and not to colour and interpret them. Guy and I found tools to ask for different forms of love, to draw boundaries and to give consent.
My biggest take away was that healing does not necessarily mean resolving problems or finding solutions, it means making space and time for the solutions to arise. Certain practices helped us remain present and engaged with what the body was telling us, to listen to our hearts and let go of preconceived ideas in the mind.
